How it started...

Bubba T's started as a search for the ultimate smoked chicken wings recipe. We tried wings at many restaurants and experimented with different flavor profiles through different seasonings and smoke chips. We ended up grilling and finding the flavor profile was just as good on the grill. The wings were a big hit whenever we made them. We started giving away samples for several years and asked that we get feedback on foods they tried the marinade on. We followed their recipes and adjust the flavors to work to achieve a better balance for all foods. At the end of the process, we have a marinade which goes well with most everything.
